 The RAM-B-149 Marine Grade Aluminum Motorcycle RAM Mount with Stainless Steel U-Bolt Rail Base, consists of the 1 inch diameter ball and socket system with RAM Universal Diamond Plate. This mount is designed to be a universal mounting solution for both RAM and non-RAM designed products. The hole pattern found on the Diamond Plate will connect to a large variety of third party cradles and mounts. The RAM Rail Base designed to sit at right angles to the mounting rail. The Stainless Steel U-Bolt and nuts included will fit a circular rail with diameter from 3/4" to 1.0".To mount the rail base, place the top of the base on the rail and then slide the u-bolt around the rail, into the holes in the base top.
